Creator privacy

Piro is operated by Provarion LLC. This notice covers ugc.piro.money and the Piro Discord app. For questions, corrections, access requests, or deletion requests, contact support@piro.money.

YOUR ACCOUNT — Discord sign-in supplies your account identity, email, and profile information to our authentication provider, Supabase. We store your verified account email and identifier. Connecting Discord separately stores your Discord ID, username, avatar reference, and server connection. With your permission, that connection joins the Piro server and keeps creator roles in sync.

YOUR CREATOR WORK — We store the application details, social links, portfolio links, policy acceptances, and content you submit. If you participate in campaigns, we also store claims, reviews, reward records, and external payment references. Do not upload account passwords, bank credentials, or private financial documents. This workspace does not hold funds or collect payment-card details.

AUTOMATION — Application checks use your submitted details, verified account connection, and current policy acceptance. They do not score private conversations or follower counts. When enabled, the bot checks server membership to welcome new members and manage creator access. It reads recent messages in configured official channels to update its own posts without duplicates. It does not monitor community conversations.

WHO RECEIVES DATA — Authorized Piro staff can access records appropriate to their role. Supabase provides authentication, database, and private file storage; Vercel hosts the website and server functions; Discord handles sign-in, server membership, roles, and bot messages. Public channel posts and opted-in public profile features are visible to their audience. We do not sell Discord API data or use it for advertising or model training.

COOKIES AND SECURITY — Necessary session cookies keep you signed in. Security records help prevent abuse and investigate errors. Private uploads use access-controlled storage and expiring download links. User access tokens used to connect and join Discord are used during the callback and are not retained by the creator connection service.

YOUR CHOICES — You can revoke Piro in Discord’s Authorized Apps settings, leave the server, and contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of stored data. Revoking Discord access does not automatically erase past creator records. Records are retained while needed to operate the program, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet legal recordkeeping obligations; requests are reviewed for those requirements. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on a request.

Creator applications are for adults aged 18 or older. Contact support if you believe a child’s information has been submitted. Material changes to this notice will be published here.
